DESCRIPTION
New Generation ZnO Dispersion Technology
Dispersions have been being used by cosmetic manufacturers for a long time to save energy & time. In the past, the formulators faced some dispersing problems while working with mineral UV-filters therefore, using pre-dispersed products became one of the most preferred solutions to eliminate time & energy wastes.
Dispersions also enable manufacturers to obtain three different raw materials by using a single active ingredient. Alkyl Benzoate & Polyhydroxy stearic acid are very well-known raw materials & commonly used in many cosmetic & personal care products. Dispersing of MicNo® ZnO Powder in these two raw materials provides formulators to develop more stable & advanced formulations. This new type of dispersed product has been created by Entekno Materials to be used in the cosmetics & personal care industries. This product was named with MicNo® DAB.
MicNo® DAB is a dispersion that includes MicNo® ZnO with C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate & Polyhydroxystearic Acid. MicNo® DAB provides to obtain optimum production conditions for cosmetic manufacturers who generally try to minimize difficulties during the preparation of dispersion. This new type of MicNo® product is going to be the best solution for the formulations which already has the alky benzoate in the framework.
